Returns are accepted within 14 days from the initial purchase date only for goods that are faulty, damaged prior to delivery, or supplied incorrectly.

Items must be in new and saleable condition, with original packaging, labels, tags, and all accessories intact.

Product packaging should be securely wrapped or protected during shipping to prevent damage. Returns with damaged packaging may incur additional fees.

Items must be undamaged and unused.

Return freight must be prepaid, and we recommend using a courier service with signature delivery.

Correctly supplied items may be returned at our discretion and will incur a 15% restocking fee.

No returns are accepted for correctly supplied runout, closeout, or special items.

Electrical components are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. These should always be installed by a qualified automotive electrician.

Proper installation of motorcycle parts is crucial and must be carried out by a trained professional. Incorrect installation or using a product for diagnostic purposes is not considered a fault.
When claiming a product as faulty, please provide us with detailed information before returning it. We reserve the right to charge for inspecting products believed to be faulty.
Customers are responsible for checking deliveries promptly. Any discrepancies such as short shipments, mispacks, damage, or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods. Non-delivery claims must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
