while aligning with our supplier’s updated terms:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the initial purchase date only for goods that are faulty, damaged prior to delivery, or supplied incorrectly.

• Items must be in new and saleable condition, with original packaging, labels, tags, and all accessories intact.

• Product packaging should be securely wrapped or protected during shipping to prevent damage. Returns with damaged packaging may incur additional fees.

• Items must be undamaged and unused.

• Return freight must be prepaid, and we recommend using a courier service with signature delivery.

• Correctly supplied items may be returned at our discretion and will incur a 15% restocking fee.

• No returns are accepted for correctly supplied runout, closeout, or special items.

• Electrical components are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. These should always be installed by a qualified automotive electrician.

Proper installation of motorcycle parts is crucial and must be carried out by a trained professional. Incorrect installation or using a product for diagnostic purposes is not considered a fault.

When claiming a product as faulty, please provide us with detailed information before returning it. We reserve the right to charge for inspecting products believed to be faulty.
