Shipping policy

At JR Motorcycles, our goal is to dispatch your confirmed and paid orders as promptly as possible, typically on the same day or the following business day.

Orders may be shipped from one of our warehouses located in Auckland, Hamilton, New Plymouth, or Christchurch.

Order Splitting

For larger orders, we may split the shipment into multiple consignments for easier delivery. Tracking information will be provided for all consignments.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: For orders over $149.00 (NZ-wide non-rural).

Standard Shipping:

  • orders under $69.00:

  Non-Rural Areas: $8.00

  Rural Areas: $15.00

  • orders between $69 and $149.00:

  Non-Rural Areas: $14.00

  Rural Areas: $20.00

 

Dangerous Goods

Some items incur an extra shipping fee due to special handling requirements. An additional $9.99 per order will apply when your order includes:

  • Lead-acid unsealed batteries

  • Lithium batteries

  • Aerosol products (e.g. chain lube, spray cleaners, etc)
