The Poweroad PLFP-9R is a compact lithium iron motorcycle battery designed as a lightweight replacement for selected lead-acid batteries.
Lithium motorcycle batteries are a great option for riders who want reliable starting power without the extra size and weight of a traditional battery. They also have a low self-discharge rate, which means they hold charge better when the bike is parked for a while. This is especially useful for bikes that are not ridden every day, or for riders who store their motorcycle between rides or over winter.
This battery is suitable as a replacement for the following lead-acid battery types:

For best battery life, use a motorcycle charger that supports lithium batteries. We recommend the Deltran Junior 800 12V Lead Acid or Lithium Battery Tender, which is suitable for both lead-acid and lithium motorcycle batteries. We have used a Deltran Battery Tender in our own workshop for over 10 years and it is still going strong.
Important: Do not use a charger unless it is compatible with lithium batteries.
