Description
The Poweroad PLFP-7L is a compact, lightweight lithium iron phosphate motorcycle battery designed to replace selected small lead-acid batteries.
Lithium batteries are a great upgrade for many motorcycles because they are much lighter than traditional lead-acid batteries and have a low self-discharge rate. This means they hold charge better when the bike is parked for a while, making them a good option for riders who do not use their bike every day or store it between rides.
This battery provides 140CCA of starting power and is up to 60% lighter than a comparable lead-acid battery. It also features all-brass terminals, a flame-retardant case, and a 2 year warranty.

Important charging note:
As with any motorcycle battery, correct charging and maintenance is still required. This battery must be charged with a charger suitable for lithium batteries. For storage or maintenance charging, we recommend the Deltran Junior 800 12V Lead Acid or Lithium Battery Tender. We have used a Deltran Battery Tender in our own workshop for over 10 years and it is still going strong.
